Skye Connors joined Unleashing Leaders as a Change Agent 2 years ago and has made great strides in the business process improvement (BPI) space with raving feedback from our diverse client-based today. Sky leads in the space of serving our renewed contracts with the Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). One important callout for Skye is her twelve years’ experience as a business process and project management analyst in the health care industry.

Skye has a strong track record fostering and driving changes related to improvement of the employee and member experience.

Skye enjoys coaching others to drive continuous improvement and seeks to assist leaders with driving sustainable change in their organization and is currently enrolled in the Business Administration Program with Western Governors University. Skye enjoys hiking, swimming, gardening, painting, and anything that gets her creativity flowing.
