Kara Fiscus earned her stripes at one of the fastest growing, award-winning advertising firms in Los Angeles, before making the trek up north to work in her hometown of Sacramento. She developed a deep love of agency life at Three29, where she functioned as the highest ranking female officer at their full service digital agency.

She completed her undergrad at UCLA, earned her place on the Dean’s List, and founded UCLA’s contemporary dance company ICARUS, which is now in its 12th season. She’s a 4-year veteran of the NFL’s Oakland Raiderettes, where she served as Captain and was awarded the Wanetta Horton Memorial Award for Most Inspirational Raiderette.

She was voted by her peers as the MVP of the Leadership Sacramento Class of 2020, and she chairs the Leadership Sacramento Alumni Association Events Committee.

She currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Sacramento’s beloved 3fold Communications, where she’s globally responsible for the successful execution of the agency and the collaborative efforts that support the strategic goals of the firm.

As a third-generation teacher, Kara is immensely passionate about developing young leaders through direct management, mentorship, and speaking engagements.

When she’s not enjoying her time at 3fold, she enjoys making Instagram reels, doing crosswords, and using spreadsheets to solve literally anything.
