Jennifer Manuel Howard (she/her) is the Director of Talent Management at Plus Delta Consulting, where she helps her clients with everything from leadership development to change management to workplace equity solutions. Jennifer’s specialty is in the gender and racial pay gap, and she has been a featured expert at UN Commission on the Status of Women and Girls and in Harvard Business Review. She is the founder of Equal Pay Day Sacramento and an advocate for helping her clients to live and lead authentically, grounded in their values. She enjoys cooking, photography, teaching meditation, and fostering with NorCal Beagle Rescue.
