Dan McGar, Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development at SAFE Credit Union, has dedicated his career to helping SAFE reimagine what learning looks like through innovation, collaboration, and a few small rebellions. As an evangelist for employee development, Dan is fiercely committed to serving others, and has been instrumental in creating one of the most next level learning organizations in the region. For the past 20 years, Dan has shared his passion for people, leaders, and learning as a keynote speaker at conferences, numerous community organizations, young professional groups and schools. When he’s not “nerding” out on people development, Dan spends his free time with his beautiful wife and four young children enjoying the outdoors, traveling and engaging in epic lightsaber battles.
