ImprovEQ founder and emotional intelligence coach, Betsaida LeBron, helps teams work better together! She has empowered countless participants and given them the confidence to own their strengths as well as their insecurities. Betsaida utilizes her 16-year career experience in mental health advocacy blended with her storytelling and improv performance background to create experiences that build awareness, but are also fun. She helps us laugh at ourselves while also seeing our resilience and humanity. She has taught workshops across the nation for such clients as Blue Shield, Sam’s Club, Western Center Poverty and Law, and Accenture Global.
