Adrianna Lucero is a Staff Learning Designer for the national education nonprofit City Year, where she designs and facilitates training for 300+ managers at City Year’s 29 national locations. She is passionate about creating learning experiences that develop others’ leadership skills, reflective capacity, and social justice consciousness in order to build lifelong champions for youth and for equity. Adrianna stays connected locally as a Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Class XI Fellow, and through volunteer and activism work with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, SURJ, and Toastmasters.
Participants will learn how to extend, seek, receive, and respond to feedback more regularly and skillfully.
